Dr. Matthew Moreno
Dr. Moreno has been an audiologist since 1999 and earned his Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Florida, Master of Arts degree from the University of Buffalo, and Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Geneseo. He is licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in audiology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, member of the American Speech, Language, Hearing Association and a fellow member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology. Dr. Moreno started his career as an audiologist at a large non-profit speech and hearing clinic in Rochester, NY. He then worked at a 8-physician Ear, Nose & Throat clinic in Raleigh, NC and most recently at a private practice audiology office in Boston, MA. Dr. Moreno developed a compassion for those with hearing impairment while being raised in the same house with his great-grandparents which was further strengthened while volunteering at a summer camp for Deaf children during his high school and college years. He currently resides in Rutland, MA with his wife and 4 children.
Eva Bunszell has been working as an Audiology Assistant at the Holden Hearing Aid Center since July of 2016. She is licensed through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Eva earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Worcester State University in May 2016. She is currently working towards completing her Hearing Instrument Specialist apprenticeship under the supervision and guidance of Dr. Moreno. Eva currently resides in Franklin, MA with her fiancé and cat Hazel.
A lifelong resident of Holden, Nancy Gordon has worked at the Holden Hearing Aid Center for the past 13 years as a receptionist. She was previously employed for 33 years at the now Hanover Insurance Company as a clerical worker, and made her way up to a senior claims examiner in the group element. Her interests are reading, crafts, watching Red Sox games, walking beaches in Maine, and her cat Maggie.
